Terms of Service

You may use the Service if you are at least 16 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. The Service is intended for users who connect advertising accounts, sales channels, or other business platforms. Use of the Service is permitted by individuals, teams, and organizations. Multiple accounts and shared access within an organization are permitted.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe the Service is being misused or these Terms are violated.

Insytical offers both monthly and annual subscription plans, which automatically renew unless canceled. We may also offer a 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card. At the end of the free trial, continued use of the Service requires entering valid payment information.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided, including for unused time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You may not use the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party platform terms. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including features or integrations, at any time.

The Service allows you to connect third-party platforms, including advertising, analytics, and commerce services. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect such accounts and access the data made available through them.

Insytical does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of data provided by them. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal and non-personal data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, design, interfaces, dashboards, and underlying technology, are owned exclusively by Insytical Inc. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant Insytical a limited, non-exclusive right to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. Insytical may use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics, product development, and service improvement.

The Service may provide automated insights, analytics, or recommendations. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, financial, or legal advice. Insytical makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or performance resulting from the use of such insights.

Insytical may engage third-party service providers to support the operation, delivery, and improvement of the Service. These providers are authorized to access data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable data protection laws. We may also disclose information where required to comply with court orders, subpoenas, or other lawful government requests.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Insytical. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Insytical does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Insytical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will retain data only as required by applicable law, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
